6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary materials (logos, text, images, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Review drafts, provide feedback, and approve final versions within agreed timelines.
- Refrain from uploading copyrighted or illegal content for use on websites we create.
- Understand that SEO performance depends on multiple external factors and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- All materials created by Leverage Local (including designs, code, and written content) remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full.
- After payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the completed website or deliverable for their business.
- Leverage Local retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless confidentiality is agreed upon in writing.
8. SEO and Performance Disclaimer
Leverage Local uses industry-standard strategies and best practices to improve your online presence.
However, due to constant algorithm changes and third-party platform policies, we cannot guarantee specific SEO rankings or performance outcomes.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., Google Analytics, Stripe, SEO software).
Each third party is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.
Leverage Local is not responsible for the actions or failures of these third-party providers.
10. Cancellation and Termination

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services within the preceding six (6) months.
