1. Acceptance of Terms
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement,” “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) and Leverage Local (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of our website, digital products, and related SEO and web development services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

- Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Share login credentials or access tools provided under your individual or company account with third parties.
- Use any automated systems or scripts (e.g., bots, crawlers) to extract data from our website.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, design assets, templates, SEO tools, and other materials created or provided by Leverage Local are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Leverage Local retains full ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Services, including improvements or customizations made for clients.
5. Service Access and Availability
We strive to maintain reliable and continuous access to our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Leverage Local may suspend or modify access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons without prior notice.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain Services may require payment, processed securely via Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party processor) to charge applicable fees.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Updates and Modifications
We may update, enhance, or discontinue features of our Services at any time.
This Agreement will apply to all updates unless we provide a separate agreement for those changes.
8. Termination
Leverage Local reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to Services if you violate any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination:
- All rights granted under this license immediately cease.
- You must discontinue use of the Services and delete any related files or content obtained under the license.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Leverage Local makes no guarantees regarding specific SEO outcomes, search engine rankings, or website performance results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leverage Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leverage Local, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of this EULA, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update or modify this EULA from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
